JS-International is an international business focussing on the development of international leaders and leadership teams. We work in partnership with leaders to help them achieve their desired personal and professional transformations. Our belief is that development and change is about going to the edge, exploring and breaking through boundaries, helping people and businesses to achieve what they might have thought previously was impossible.
We facilitate real team experiences and conduct team coaching to use as vehicles to explore leadership and teamworking and we conduct Executive Coaching.

We deliver customised programmes in-house for leaders and we also deliver public programmes in Malta focusing on personal and professional development through our NLP and Neuroscience course (accredited by the American Board of NLP) and our Coaching Course (accredited by the International Coaching Federation).
